admin In 2020 we have faced a total different way of celebrating New Year. As we all were in the midst of a pandemic, things were not the same as they used to be. Corona has not only created chaos in the year 2020, but also ruined the way we celebrate New Year.
Because of social distancing, we could not go to meet our loved ones. Many countries had lockdown because of which the usual public celebrations were hindered. Many large local organised firework shows and events were cancelled. No parties were allowed and people had to celebrate New Year at home.
Shops had a limited supply of fireworks. Some countries had lockdown because of which all non-essential shops were forced to close their doors for public. And in some countries selling fireworks and lighting fireworks was forbidden for the common public.
Where everyone used to gather outside and light fireworks to welcome the new year, now people were at home in front of telivision or internet to connect with the world and with their loved ones. No gatherings, no parties & no get togethers…
Let’s hope the new year 2021 will be a better year and that we will be able to celebrate new year 2022 as we used to celebrate it for years.
