How to make your own pastel balloons at home | Balloon decoration ideas

Pastel colors are a must have for party decorations, especially if the birthday party is rainbow themed or unicorn themed. Also for some balloon wall, a balloon arch or balloon garland which is pastel themed, we need pastel balloons.

Today I am going to show you how to make your own pastel balloons at home without using the original color. These are custom balloons which we will double stuff to create our own version of pastel balloon. Anyone can make these within 1 minute with easy available color balloons.

For the pastel colors we will be needing 1 dark color balloon & 1 white balloon. For the balloon stuffing we will be needing a pencil. Preferable a pencil with eraser on the backside.

• To make Lavender pastel purple / light purple balloon:
  1. Purple balloon
  2. White balloon
     1. Place purple balloon over the backside of a pencil. Push this pencil with the purple balloon on it, inside a white balloon. Push it till the end so the the purple balloon touches the tip of the white balloon. Then remove the pencil & inflate the double stuffed balloon. You will now have created a light pastel purple balloon right at home.

• To make light mint balloon:
  1. Teal color balloon
  2. White balloon
     1. Place teal balloon over the backside of a pencil. Push this pencil with the teal balloon on it, inside a white balloon. Push it till the end so the the teal balloon touches the tip of the white balloon. Then remove the pencil & inflate the double stuffed balloon. You will now have created a light mint balloon right at home.

• To make raspberry / pastel red balloon:
  1. Red color balloon
  2. White balloon
     1. Place red balloon over the backside of a pencil. Push this pencil with the red balloon on it, inside a white balloon. Push it till the end so the the red balloon touches the tip of the white balloon. Then remove the pencil & inflate the double stuffed balloon. You will now have created a light pastel red balloon right at home.

• To make baby blue / light pastel blue balloon:
  1. Blue color balloon
  2. White balloon
     1. Place blue balloon over the backside of a pencil. Push this pencil with the blue balloon on it, inside a white balloon. Push it till the end so the the blue balloon touches the tip of the white balloon. Then remove the pencil & inflate the double stuffed balloon. You will now have created a light pastel blue balloon right at home.

• To make pea color / pastel green balloon:
  1. Green color balloon
  2. White balloon
     1. Place green balloon over the backside of a pencil. Push this pencil with the green balloon on it, inside a white balloon. Push it till the end so the the green balloon touches the tip of the white balloon. Then remove the pencil & inflate the double stuffed balloon. You will now have created a light pastel green balloon right at home.

• To make peach / pastel orange balloon:
  1. Orange color balloon
  2. White balloon
     1. Place orange balloon over the backside of a pencil. Push this pencil with the orange balloon on it, inside a white balloon. Push it till the end so the the orange balloon touches the tip of the white balloon. Then remove the pencil & inflate the double stuffed balloon. You will now have created a light pastel orange balloon right at home.

• To make lemon / pastel yellow balloon:
  1. Yellow color balloon
  2. White balloon
     1. Place yellow balloon over the backside of a pencil. Push this pencil with the yellow balloon on it, inside a white balloon. Push it till the end so the the yellow balloon touches the tip of the white balloon. Then remove the pencil & inflate the double stuffed balloon. You will now have created a light pastel yellow balloon right at home.

• To make blush / baby pink / pastel pink balloon:
  1. Pink color balloon
  2. White balloon
     1. Place pink balloon over the backside of a pencil. Push this pencil with the pink balloon on it, inside a white balloon. Push it till the end so the the pink balloon touches the tip of the white balloon. Then remove the pencil & inflate the double stuffed balloon. You will now have created a light pastel pink balloon right at home.
