admin A fringe party curtain streamer is a curtain which is commonly used for birthday party & all kinds of other occasions like christmas, new year & graduation. This streamer is used a background & can be used as a complete backdrop. This streamer is completely homemade & anyone can easily make this at home within a few minutes. The end result will be a beautiful metallic look in gold color which looks very simular to metallic tinsel foil curtains which we can buy in party stores.
For this decoration we will be using crepe paper. You can use it in any color, I have used gold color crepe paper.

Method:
- Open the roll of crepe paper & cut into the size you want to use
- Take a small piece from the piece crepe paper you will be using of about 2 till 4 cm on the upper side & make a fold there by folding it over.
- Open this fold & paste double sided tape in it throughout the width of the crepe paper
- Remove any plastic cover that is present on the double sided tape & refold the piece you had unfolded in the previous step
- This is your upper part which you will be needing for pasting this curtain on the wall
- Leave this area open & follow the following steps, but make sure do NOT fold anything over this small piece
- If done correctly, you will be now left with the length of the crepe paper
- Refold the crepe paper in half, till the bottom part of the upper section of the crepe paper, which you had previously pasted. Make sure not to fold the crepe paper over the pasted area. Stay under it & fold your crepe paper’s total length till here, in half
- Refold it in half again, till this same point
- Keep on refolding in half each time till you have about 10 cm to 15 cm in height left
- Make small cuts in the crepe paper throughout the width, but make sure NOT to cut the upper section where you had placed your double sided tape. Your cuts should be after each half cm & the length of your cuts will be only till the upper part of the curtain, sparing the upper part.
- Unfold all the strings in length
- Paste your fringe curtain on the upper side anywhere you want.
You can use this for simply any occasion as a party decoration or as a decoration for holidays & as a room decor for wall or door.
